Call for Abstracts

The Israeli Society for Clinical Oncology and Radiation Therapy (ISCORT) is pleased to invite its members to submit abstracts for presentation at the upcoming Annual Meeting. ISCORT serves as the leading professional body representing clinical oncology and radiation therapy in Israel. This conference provides a central platform for sharing research, clinical experience, and advances in oncology, fostering professional dialogue within the community

Submission deadline: 01.11.2025  

Abstract Submission Information

• Abstracts must be submitted in English
• The abstract must contain the following sections: Background, Objectives, Research Methods, Findings, Conclusions.
• Abstract Body is limited to 300 words.
• Abstracts may be contributed for oral or poster presentations.
• Notifications to presenting authors will be sent by 01.12.2025 . 
• Publication of Abstracts: The ISCORT 2026 abstracts of confirmed presentations will be published online on this website.
• After submitting the abstract, changes can be made until the submission form closes on November 01, 2025.
• After completing submission, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to edit your abstract.
• Outstanding posters will receive an award.

Call for Research Proposal

The Israeli Society for Clinical Oncology and Radiation Therapy (ISCORT) is pleased to invite its members to submit Research proposal for the upcoming Annual Meeting. ISCORT serves as the leading professional body representing clinical oncology and radiation therapy in Israel. This conference provides a central platform for sharing research, clinical experience, and advances in oncology, fostering professional dialogue within the community

Submission deadline: 01.11.2025

• By default, the name of the presenting author will appear as the first author.
• Use upper and lower case (avoid ALL CAPS).
• Do not abbreviate “Department”, “Institute”, “University”, etc.
• In the department field, type in “Department of…….”, as only the words you type in, will show on the abstract.

• Limited to 300 words
• The abstract must contain the following sections:
  • Background
  • Objectives
  • Research Methods
  • Findings
  • Conclusions
• Abbreviations must be defined upon first use and avoided in the title.
• Do not include any Images, tables or display items
• Do not add references

Important: Proofread your abstract and insert/format special characters that may have been corrupted in the copy & paste process.

Limited to 5 pages (without References), PDF format

Font:  Arial, size 11 (minimal), spacing One and a half line

High resolution figures.

The proposal must contain the following sections:

• Study title
• Study Principal Investigator
• Sub investigators
• Medical/academic center
• Background
• Study objectives
• study plan
• Preliminary results (if available)
• Study significance
• Budget & justification

After you click SUBMIT an automatic “End" message will indicate that the abstract was successfully submitted.

E-mail Acknowledgement & Abstract Number

Shortly after submitting your abstract, you will receive by e-mail an automatic submission acknowledgement with your abstract number. It will also include a link to access your abstract, should you need to revise it.
